Wow is this going to be a good game. I am gonna have to take HC by 3 though. This is going to be a har fought battle, but in the end HC has too much talent.

I think this will be a shootout. NCC will run all over Holy Cross, but I don't think NCC's pass defense is up to par.

I think it boils down to the Holy Cross seniors. How bad do they want to get the NCC "monkey" off their back? Clearly, on paper, HC is more experienced and deeper and should win as a result. But we all know that's why they play high school games for 48 minutes. NCC teams are known to be well disciplined and hard hitting. I hear #65 is a stud. This year HC has some serious offensive firepower. HC needs to play better run defense than it showed against Beechwood, Conner, and Bishop Ready. It was tremendous last Saturday against Louisville Holy Cross. Whoever wins this game will position themselves nicely for the playoffs. This game may go to OT. HC 35, NCC 28.

If NCC can keep from turning over the ball like they did vs. CovCath, NCC should win this game handily!

 

The Holy Cross "D" just won't be able to stop the NCC "O" and NCC will take so much time off the clock with their three yards at a time type of offense, that the Cov Holy Cross "O" will have only one or two chances per half.

 

Cov Holy Cross can't beat NCC but NCC can beat themselves by turning the ball over but hopefully they have fixed that problem by now!
