September 27, 200917 yr Going back to last season, that makes 7 loses in a row. This is going to be a long season. :irked:
September 27, 200917 yr Did Derrick Ward get hurt or something? Because he literally had no production today.
September 27, 200917 yr Did Derrick Ward get hurt or something? Because he literally had no production today. Nope... Giants D just held them in check. No first downs on the first 9 drives, I believe.
September 27, 200917 yr I guess it's a good thing they fired their offensive coordinator before the season began.
September 27, 200917 yr Author Did Derrick Ward get hurt or something? Because he literally had no production today.Going into their last drive, the Bucs had only 1 first down. This team is bad. The mighty Buc D left with Monty Kiffin, too. This one couldn't stop a girls flag team.
September 27, 200917 yr Going to see the Bucs and Skins next weekend....might be the toliet bowl! They are both bad! Tampa is in transition no doubt. I expected them to be pretty bad but thought the OLine would be better.
September 27, 200917 yr Tamba Bay might be the worst team in the NFL. The Browns are the only other team that I see at their level.
September 27, 200917 yr Tamba Bay might be the worst team in the NFL. The Browns are the only other team that I see at their level. Browns are worse IMO.
September 28, 200917 yr Hey I have to look at the brite side on my Bucs! They won the Superbowl against all my friends favorite team, and that will tie me over for a very long time. After all it can't get any worse than their first season in the league can it? :idunno:
September 28, 200917 yr Some of my Favorite John McKay Quotes: "We didn't tackle well today but we made up for it by not blocking." When a reporter asked what he thought of the Buccaneer’s execution following a loss-- "I think it's a good idea." On this significance of experience-- "If you have everyone back from a team that lost 10 games, experience isn't too important."
September 28, 200917 yr Author Hey I have to look at the brite side on my Bucs! They won the Superbowl against all my friends favorite team, and that will tie me over for a very long time. After all it can't get any worse than their first season in the league can it? :idunno:Sure it can. It can go back to the way it was from 1984 to 1996. When Hugh Culverhouse, just took the revenue sharing and let the team squander season after season. I've heard that the Bucs are so far under the salary cap now, that the NFL may make them spend money. All the Bucs are to the Glazers now is loan leverage to keep Manchester United afloat. :madman:
September 28, 200917 yr Author On the Ron and Ian show this morning (local talk show), they were talking about how much louder the Giants fans were compared to the Buc fans out at RayJay yesterday. One of the callers said that a Bucs fan turned around and yelled, "Whose house is this, anyway????". Someone yelled back... "USF's!!" :jump:
September 28, 200917 yr The Giants are going places... Best team in the league right now if they're healthy. Nobody else has it going on across the board like the G-Men. You could argue that the two best teams in the league right now are in the Big Apple.
