This is the movie I'll always remember him in. One of the first books I ever read, and I loved the movie as well.

Sad to hear. I never cared for him much as an actor but I always liked and respected him as a person.

Hope they do a marathon soon.. RIP Pat

Kanye West just jumped the stage and told Patrick Swayze that Michael Jackson's death was the best one this year.

Great actor. Going to sorely miss him.

Ba-da-bing.

Count me among those who will never confuse Mr. Swayze as an Oscar-winning performer, but will always respect him as a genuinely good guy who didn't let stardom go to his head. Seemed to have his priorities straight.

I hate that I admit that I laughed at this.:ohbrother::lol:

I am very sad to hear of his death, as well. I agree with everyone else that he seemed to be a class act in Hollywood and the love between him and his wife was something special, too. I can't say for sure which character of his was my favorite, but if I had to pick I would go with Orry Main, from the miniseries North and South. I absolutely loved Orry and his whole family. Of course, I also love Roadhouse, DD, Ghost, etc, etc, etc.

Call me crazy but I always liked Point Break too.

Ooh, I forgot about Point Break! Man, I had a major thing for Keanu Reeves after that movie!

Very sad. Great actor who has had some real good movies.

I go with Red Dawn as my favorite of his movies.

.

I always thought Three Wishes was a very underrated Swayze movie.

Agree.

Me too! :ohbrother:

But I also agree with everything else you said. :ylsuper:
