As to my comment about Raceland fans not knowing much about the game of football, please note that I left myself an out (like any good lawyer does): that being, that Campbell County is a lot better than folks in N. Ky think they were going to be. I can always argue (if I NEED to) that the Camels have turned out to be better than I thought they were going to be and exercise the "out" clause contained in my post.

 

As to my prediction that JC would win the district (which MAY indeed still happen), note that I've already admitted that I may be wrong and you may be right. Thus, I have already given myself wiggle room on that prediction.

 

Hopefully JC will end up winning the district and I'll come out of this treacherous attempt to besmirch my stirling reputation without relying on sneaky maneuvering. Until then I'm investing in Orville's company so I can make some money off of all the popcorn being consumed as this drama unfolds over the next several weeks. :dancingpa

Was his statements meant to say that Johnson Central would be better this season then Ashland? Or, was it meant to say that I could be right with my statements? Now, I contend that that by insinuating that I did not know what I was talking about proves that he clearly thought that I was wrong, and he was right. When he says, above, "I just don't see it happening." He is clearly saying that in his opinion what I said is not possible. Folks, look past the Leaglese and see this for it truly is, a lawyer trying to wiggle out of an argument that he truly is not going to win. Fight the establishment, show this lawyer that we are not going to be fooled by his word games. That we are not going to fall for his deception. Return a verdict of "Leatherneck is wrong", that is your only clear and correct choice.
