The list is pretty good, but after watching Trevor Tiller at 5 Star camp, you could put him right there with Quick and Hicks.

How tall is Tiller? What are his strengths and improvement areas? Just curious as I have not seen him. Thanks

Trevor played with us at nationals and played with us last season too. Trevor is 6'1" and can jump out of the gym. He won the dunk contest at the five star camp. He can play.

Don't see how anyone could leave Tyson Williams off any list of top Freshman. 6' 5" 235 and a gifted talent. Will be a man playing with Boys when he is a Sr.

He must have grown some. Good kid.

I definitely agree that Tyson belongs on the list...but I think 6'5" is pushing it by about 2 inches. With shoes he's probably 6'4", but at my last measurement, he was 6'3". And I can't wait to see him as a senior!!!:ylsuper:

Where will he be playing?

Where will he be playing?

He'll play point guard for McCreary Central.

Okay, that may be the funniest thing I've posted on here in quite awhile if you know Tyson at all. He'll play in the post for them and do a fine job.

Zach Humphrey? really. Kidding, right?

Who were some of the top players on the Scott Co. and Madison Co. teams that did so well in the AAU national tournament? They will all be freshman this coming season.

Zach was mentioned in response to the question of who the top players were for Scott County at Nationals. I watched most of their games in Orlando and Zach played well.

They have an assortment of players that could be on the list in a few years. You may want keep them on your radar...

Great call on future stars in this years freshmen class- watch out for several at Simon Kenton- Sampson, Racke, Swanson, Bowling and Monson.

Don't forget Darius Meiman at St. Henry (from Walton) or the young man at Bishop Brossart.

I have enjoyed watching the SK kids you mention play (both school ball and AAU). Will they all be playing freshman this year or will some be moved up to JV?

Meiman is very good and will be playing JV and Varsity this year.

Justin Saunders will play freshman and some JV I would think.

I think that there are 3 impact freshmen in the 16th region. Kyle Skaggs and Austin Hunt from Russell and Kyle Brown from West Carter. Skaggs and Hunt have been successful on the AAU circuit for several years. And all 3 of them looked very good this summer. Kyle Brown is very heady at the point position.
