July 30, 200917 yr Word on ESPN is the Vick camp saying he is close to signing with a team. It doesn't say the team is an NFL team however. Any speculation where he may land?
July 30, 200917 yr Philly fans may accept him better than anywhere else. These people are so bad, they pelt Santa with snowballs. No way do they care about a few dogs.
July 30, 200917 yr Raiders. Surely they are sick of watching Jarmus Russell miss WR's by 5-6 yards. Vick will only miss them by 2-3 yards.
July 30, 200917 yr I think it would only work if he ended up in Cleveland. Your humor went unnoticed. Just like your Fantasy Football team.
July 30, 200917 yr Vick to the Vikings. It makes sense to me though I don't know if it could/would happen. By the end of the season he would make a very scary offensive package with Peterson and Harvin. Yikes! If he's going to sign this soon I would think it would be with that new league. He would make more money, get to play earlier, and be able to sign with a team after his six game season. Oh, wait Goodell would probably just push back Vick's suspension until he is on a team.
July 30, 200917 yr Jacksonville or Washington. Wayne Weaver's (Jacksonville) wife is a huge animal lover, I think he would get an earful if he signed Vick.
July 30, 200917 yr Wayne Weaver's (Jacksonville) wife is a huge animal lover, I think he would get an earful if he signed Vick. Wayne Weaver's team has trouble selling enough tickets to keep from being blacked out. I think he would get a boost if he signed Vick.
July 30, 200917 yr Your humor went unnoticed. Just like your Fantasy Football team. In December I will be married for 10 years. Im used to what I say going unnoticed. All jokes aside I think Cleveland would be a good fit.
July 30, 200917 yr In December I will be married for 10 years. Im used to what I say going unnoticed. All jokes aside I think Cleveland would be a good fit. Cleveland is not weak in the QB department. They have a lot of other voids that need filled before going after a risky venture like Vick.
July 30, 200917 yr Would love to see him land somewhere that's terrible. Cincy, Oakland or Miami would be good.
July 30, 200917 yr Would love to see him land somewhere that's terrible. Cincy, Oakland or Miami would be good. I like the Miami fit. I hate the Oakland fit. There is no place for him there, they really can't or won't sit Russell. Vick would be moved out wide, so I think he can possibly find someone who will at a minimum let him put together a wildcat package. Oakland is the right fit, but at the same time for some reasons it's the wrong fit.
July 30, 200917 yr I think that the Vick camp made this up to drum up some interest..."My guy is about to sign somewhere else so you better make an offer before it's too late" kind of thing. It's like buying a house; the house you are interested in always seems to have a potential offer coming in on it if you listen to your real estate agent. JMO
July 31, 200917 yr After losing out on Favre, I would'nt be a bit surprised to see Minnesota grasping at straws.
