Really bad, best player I've seen in the mountains in a long time.

UK doesn't use an H-back hybrid in their offense. Unless he was going to be a blocking fullback, they don't have a place for him. Tennessee just signed a big 3 star running back from Georgia to play that position in the 09 class. I wish him the best and hope he has a great career at Tennessee.

I think you are right about UK not really using that kind of roll player. Congrats to Fugatte. I have said for a couple of years that he's the best RB I've seen out of Eastern Ky in a long time. He can run over you, great stiff arm, nice spin move and has deceiving speed for a kid his size. I hope he gets to stay on offense. H Back/Fullback would be a great spot for him. I'm really proud and happy for him!

How many big time KY high school football players have been stolen away by the Vols? I know there's been a few in basketball.

From seeing him on tape, how does he project differently from UK's John Conner. He could be a big bruising fullback who can catch a pass out of the backfield.

I like Conner a lot. If I were playing FB in a college offense I would rather be playing a roll like LenDale White did at USC as opposed to J. Conner. I'm really happy for Fuggate.

To say UK couldn't use this type player isn't accurate. You are telling me that UK as a S.E.C school couldn’t use his speed, athletism and ability somewhere? But a conference foe running the west coast style can?…….Id rather have him in there then any FB UK currently has. If UT took him after taking Bryce Brown (#1 RB in the country) this year, then this kid (fugate) must have something, to play there with him. Not trying to ruffle feathers but UK must of just gotten in on this kid late and couldn’t recover. I am sorry I don’t buy that UK couldn’t use him, I just don’t. No offense to anyone just my opinion.

Was told this morning that RB/LB/DE Tyrrell Willis from Calloway County was at UT today. Could the Vols be trying to steal another KY stud?
