Just a bunch of hearsay right now. :thumb: I just hope he can get back to whatever mental state can make him happy and play baseball. His personal issues off the field don't effect the type of player I see on the field.

Now I have absolutely no evidence to base this on, but my theory was, that Votto is gay, and that he is having a lot of trouble, anxiety, about being the 1st active professional athlete to come out of the closet. Once again, let me say that is just a theory on my part, and one that I have no evidence whatsoever to support.

Once again, let me say that is just a theory on my part, and one that I have no evidence whatsoever to support. I have heard the above and also the brain turmor rumor. Untill i hear something from Votto/Reds im not putting much stock in either. Let the guy work out whatever it is and lets get him back physically and mentally healthy.

There is no way the Reds run him back out there, and take any chances if he had a brain tumor.

The rumor apparently has been "out" for quite a while. Althought I just heard it this weekend I found out from others, including those you know, that its an old rumor.

I cannot believe anyone would even post something like this about a man's sexual preference just on speculation or a baseless theory. Seems like some of the issues that has been written about would not seem to fit this pattern. We need to have a little more respect for people and their privacy!
