May 11, 200917 yr Reds with a big west coast trip. The Reds almost always struggle on west coast trips. Owings and Arroyo will pitch the first two games in Arizona. I'll be very happy with a 4-2 trip.
May 11, 200917 yr The first two are the big ones. I think it would be hard for this team to go on a long losing streak. When it gets to Cueto one of the next 3 at the very least is going to be a win.
May 11, 200917 yr Does anyone think Dusty will learn anything from past games or will he continue to be stubborn about things. Will he put Co Co into a tie game anymore? He has done this two time and lost both games. Putting McDonnald in for Nix yesterday was dumb also. I know why he did it but putting him in for anyone is questionable.

Lots of hopes there! If the Reds go 4-2 or even 3-3 on this trip I will be a very happy camper. Arroyo and Owings both have a shot to beat Arizona who just fired their manager and are on tilt. May 11, 200917 yr Split at least, 4-2 would be great and would also tell me this team may have turned a corner. Playing 2 struggling teams, needing to beat those type of teams before you run into the cream of the crop.

May 12, 200917 yr Reds only manage 1 run after loading the bases w/ no outs in the 1st. 1-0 after an inning and a half.
May 12, 200917 yr 4-0 Reds middle of the 3rd. Rosales has cost Arroyo two base runners, but he's gotten out of the trouble. Hairston w/ a 2 run double in the 3rd and Phillips w/ a single to drive in the 4th run.
May 12, 200917 yr Rosales w/ another error, but somehow it's ruled a hit. He has 3 errors tonight but has only been charged w/ one. He's worse defensively than EE and that is saying something.
