He thought that he could do it all by himself, until the Lakers started losing then he said he needed help. His personal agenda is that he is going to do what he wants when he wants and how ever he wants, his personal agenda is to try to make people think he's better than Jordan. Kobe thinks he is the G.O.A.T and thinks he is above the law in the NBA. For non-Kobe fans, he is one of the easiest players not to like in sports.

Where am I wrong? He ran Shaq off because the two couldn't co-exist and Kobe could win a title as the leader. Which didn't work out, and he demanded a trade, cried about Bynum, and eventually Gasol came and things worked out.

Great players never admit someone is better than them...Paul Pierce said he was better than Kobe last year. Charles Barkley wouldn't admit that Jordan was better than him when he was in his prime and Phoenix played Chicago for the title in '92.

 

I wouldn't make too of a player's own opinion of himself. The great ones are always confident in their abilities. I'd be more concerned if I heard a guy start naming all the players that he thought was better.

Bolded part is what I meant. I see Kobe as the kind of guy who will play well into his 40's still thinking he can dominate. I see Kobe as the kind of guy who would be furious with LBJ winning the MVP, the guy would rather have 50 points than win.

 

I don't not like Kobe because I'm a LeBron fan. I don't like Kobe because I don't like how he portrays himself. I hate the fact that he couldn't get along with Shaq, when many players would give 5 years off their careers to play with a dominant force like that and win titles. I hate the fact that those 3 titles are what separate KB from LBJ, because give LeBron any legit top 50 player all-time, especially a Center, beside him he would win championships from now until he got to old to dominate. LeBron wins the title if he's on the Lakers last year, instead of Kobe.
