May 9, 200917 yr That would have been a crushing loss if they had let the Cards come back. Hopefully the Reds get Votto and Phillips back tomorrow. The Reds have a very solid catching duo. The best duo they've had in years. I caught the second inning on the radio last night. Marty and a writer(don't know which one) were discussing the injuries and illnesses. They reported that Votto wasn't even at the stadium yet b/c he was so sick. They think Sunday at the earliest for him. They think BP will start tonight. Gonzo hasn't even swung a bat yet. They think the earliest he comes back is the middle of next week. If that's the case I will be upset

May 9, 200917 yr I'll be there tonight. Have fun, wanted to go badly but couldn't get an overnight babysitter for my little boy. (We live 2-3 hours out of Cincy.)
May 9, 200917 yr Harang keeping the shut out going even without having his best stuff today. There have been a few hard hit balls off of him already today.
May 10, 200917 yr Rosales hustles to keep the inning going. I'm fully convinced BP would've loafed and made it an inning ending DP.
May 10, 200917 yr Harang singles to score 2!!!!:dancingpa And as I tell the boys I coach thats why you don't concede to the DP or any out! Rosales hustles to extend the inning and the pitcher comes through. Thats simply taking advantage of everything you can, hustling and playing team baseball. I love it!
May 10, 200917 yr I just love watching the excitement shown by Rosales. He is like a kid playing Little League.
