Ocho literally crying to Housh???

I think that use to be the case but since Marvin came to town I think players have been a lot more willing to consider Cincy.

True and I also think Carson Palmer has something to do with it as well. Players around the league know he is one of the better QB's in the league. So if he has some players around him, they could potentially do some damage. So I think having both Marvin and Carson has helped in getting people to be more willing to come here.

He's been known to place some calls to land players also. Like Coles this offseason.

You guys are right on Carson which makes Dad double wrong. :D LOL

I always had the feeling TJ was a ticking time bomb waiting to explode. But to his credit he did what he was supposed to do and was mostly silent about it. Since leaving, not so much.

I just really wish Carson would put out a call to T. Holt if he is healthy. The Bengals can still get a decent pick out of CJ. You have addition by subratction with CJ. You get a quality WR (and Holt/Coles are great role models for the young WR's Cincy has already drafted). That frees them up to go LT, C and best defensive player LBer or DE. Teams like Dallas, Philly, Jacks (I'm afraid they are going to get Holt), Chi, Oak, Minny etc need a WR. Washington was going to give 2 1's so I would call them up too and let it be known he is on the block.

I have the feeling TJ is going to meet Karma! I'm not hearing it a lot but my gut says Sea might take Sanchez. If not Hassellback is getting old and injury prone. Can't wait to see Senneca Wallace throwing to him instead of Carson Palmer.... some of these guys are going to find out you better watch what you wish for!

I'm still ticked the Bengals didn't go after J. Peters! That was almost too easy! They could be a totally different team if they would have gone after him, Holt + Tank before the draft. Talk about putting a MUCH better product on the field next year!

Holt already signed with the Jags.

I saw the piece on the NFL Network. T.J. did not come across all that well to be honest! Took a few jabs at the Bengals with really no reason to, they treated him well while he was a Bengal!

How could anyone having to play for Mike Brown have been "treated well?"

How was he treated bad? He was paid handsomely and had tremendous fan support.

Um, he had to play for the worst owner in professional sports history, and arguably the worst franchise in all of sports.

To paraphrase Chris Rock, I'm not saying Corey Dillon's antics were right, but I understand. And I completely understand Houshmandzadeh getting in a few parting shots.

So he played on some bad teams so that means he was treated bad? Not following really. I know the Bengals are a joke of a franchise but to condone him blasting them after leaving for no reason doesn't make sense IMO. There was no wrong doing on anyone's end while he was here.

I don't blame him, I'd want out too.

Have you forgotten about the Brown rule that's built into every player's contract? All TJ did was let loose years of frustration that's been bottled up.

You mean the Carl Pickens clause. :D

Saying Mike Brown is worst than George Steinbrenner, Al Davis and Jerry Jones just seems wrong to me. It's like comparing diarrhea to cholera. Yeah, they're both bad, but its a matter of degree.

I often wonder if Paul Brown has asked why they don't carry any of the Bengal games in heaven.

The other three you mention, while regrettable individuals, all know (knew) how to win. The fact that all three have multiple championship rings makes each of them heads and tails above what Mike Brown could ever dream of.
