The Scribe Posted March 15, 2009 Posted March 15, 2009 Kentucky (20-13) RPI - 78 SOS - 61 vs. RPI 1-50 (3-4) Last 12 (4-8)
spe690 Posted March 15, 2009 Posted March 15, 2009 Out. Only way they get in is if $$$ is considered...
mcpapa Posted March 15, 2009 Posted March 15, 2009 Kentucky (20-13) RPI - 78 SOS - 61 vs. RPI 1-50 (3-4) Last 12 (4-8) These numbers look pretty weak.
The Scribe Posted March 15, 2009 Author Posted March 15, 2009 If CBS gets their usual say and no more favorites fall, they could sneak in
owsleyking Posted March 15, 2009 Posted March 15, 2009 The last projected NIT bracket has Kentucky as a 4 seed. Depending on whether we are the 1st or the 4th four seed in the bracket, they feel that between 12 and 15 teams are better than us (ranked between 75 and 80 overall which is consistant with a 78 RPI). NIT bound!
halfback20 Posted March 15, 2009 Posted March 15, 2009 No chance what so ever. If they get in I'll be VERY VERY VERY surprised.
The Scribe Posted March 15, 2009 Author Posted March 15, 2009 There are some UK fans holding out hope.
bigblueinsanity Posted March 15, 2009 Posted March 15, 2009 ^ I remember that part in the movie when I put down my post.
Wireman Posted March 15, 2009 Posted March 15, 2009 There's always a chance. Eastern Kentucky has as good of a chance of getting in, IMO.
big royal daddy Posted March 15, 2009 Posted March 15, 2009 If they get in Satan will have to get his ice skates out. Besides So. Cal. just knocked somebody out. I say NIT and be happy for that.
