There are 4 Seniors on NCC that know this could possibly be the last High School game. I believe they will play with some intensity that was missing the 1st go-round with Holmes. I look for it to be a very exciting game. I am hoping NCC comes out on top.

If Holmes and New Cath played a 7 game series I think everyone would go with the Bulldogs. But...for 1 game, if New Cath is lights out shooting and Holmes comes out cold or tight, some foul trouble, yada, yada, yada. I think the Bulldogs will win on Sunday. But then again, I was certain Holmes would win their regular season game against the Breds last year after running the table to that point in the 9th region. Here's hoping for a good game.

I am refusing to pick these anymore.... I predicted the Boone game and my dawgs lost, then I put it off until the region and predicted the Ryle game and got one heck of a scare, so I'm not touching this one... However go bulldogs.

Holmes better better bring their A game in this one this should be a great game.

NCC doesn't match up well with the Dogs. I see Holmes really dominating on the boards and getting in to the lane for a lot of easy buckets. Offensively, I see the Breds having trouble to score against Holmes defense. Holmes led the first game by as many as 18 or 19 and led by 10+ for pretty much the whole game. I see a similar result Sunday afternoon:

I am right with tez on this one. NCC will not shoot well against Holmes because Holmes has too good a D with size and quickness. I think this is the game that will finally get the Holmes naysayers and doubters to start believing Holmes is right on track.

The key for NCC is whether or not Pangallo can get dribble penetration and if they zone the Dogs. I am guessing the Breds will come out in some sort of zone.

I'd expect to see NCC zone, but not much. They got killed on the offensive glass and Holmes shot pretty well from the outside in the first meeting when NCC sat in a 1-3-1 and 2-3 zone.

I hope Coach Pangallo is going crazy after this one.
