I don't know all about that in the 80's and 90's Boyd County, Ashland, and Greenup County were pretty dominant teams, who gave plenty of competition to teams not only in the 10th Region, but plenty of others across the state. It is true that the 16th Region as a whole since the 2000's started has not had a dominant team except for Elliott, but traditionally I would not say that the 10th has always been superior.

 

But back to the topic at hand, I believe Troy Lee would be an excellent choice, but for Fleming it seems hard to keep the talent from moving elsewhere. Right now Fleming is a hard sell for anyone.

You're dissing the 16th, but I believe they whacked 2 pretty high profile 10th region programs this year; one in a scrimmage and one in Sandy Hook.:sssh:

Butterfly Baby, has a time frame been set on hiring the coach and interviews? I know it would be helpful to have them in place for the summer.

 

Im just guessing, but I would think a new coach would be hired before school is out.
