Let's see, around the community the AD is thought of as a clown, the local sporting mafia continues to infuse their political spin into the decisions made both on and off the floor, the radio guy calls you and your team the most embarassing bunch he's seen. I don't believe there have been any interviews as of yet. I'm not hearing much lately. The most recent names I have heard are Troy Lee Thomas, Lake's son (currently coaching in Tn.), and the newest name I have heard mentioned is Mark Stearns (sp???).

Do you mean Mark Starns? The former assistant at Mason County. Now coaching at Henderson County I believe.

Yes, thats the name I heard today. I misspelled the last name. Nothing concrete just heard him mentioned for the first time from someone who is in on the rumor/source mill. I don't have any idea if he was contacted, initiated the contact, or even has any interest. I remembered his name from his days at Mason and with Pitino as a videographer or assistant of some kind.

Troy Lee Thomas would be a dandy coach. I think the team would be fine with him.
