February 10, 200917 yr http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,488644,00.html TAMPA, Florida — Eighteen and pregnant, Sycloria Williams went to an abortion clinic outside Miami and paid $1,200 for Dr. Pierre Jean-Jacque Renelique to terminate her 23-week pregnancy. Three days later, she sat in a reclining chair, medicated to dilate her cervix and otherwise get her ready for the procedure. Only Renelique didn't arrive in time. According to Williams and the Florida Department of Health, she went into labor and delivered a live baby girl. What Williams and the Health Department say happened next has shocked people on both sides of the abortion debate: One of the clinic's owners, who has no medical license, cut the infant's umbilical cord. Williams says the woman placed the baby in a plastic biohazard bag and threw it out. Didn't see this up anywhere, so I thought I'd add it. I am not usually one to put up articles, but I found this one to be especially heartbreaking. I thought late-term abortions were banned, and rightfully so. How is something like this even possible????
February 10, 200917 yr Well, with Obama in charge, that baby would be denied a doctor to care for it, so what is the big deal. We elected a President who didn't support a doctor (well except for the one that just tried to kill it) being there to aid this baby.
February 10, 200917 yr No matter which side of the debate you are on this is just wrong on every level.
February 10, 200917 yr I'm really waiting for someone to try and justify this. I can't even imagine a logical person defending this garbage.
February 10, 200917 yr Isn't it amazingly sad how in this country that the location of the baby determines whether it is a life worth saving or a bunch of tissues that we can destroy.
February 10, 200917 yr That is horrible and everyone involved should be charged with first degree murder
February 10, 200917 yr How anyone can place a live baby in a bag and discard it as garbage just blows my mind. It makes me want to :puke:
February 10, 200917 yr It is shocking that someone that is working in a facility with medical personell could disregard a human life with such distain. It also brings up a good point that how can life be discarded at 23 weeks with a legal abortion, when that same child once outside the womb was alive and a child. I don't like to get in debates over right to life. However when something like this happens, I don't know how it can't make people think twice.
February 10, 200917 yr I'm really waiting for someone to try and justify this. I can't even imagine a logical person defending this garbage. Obama defends it.. He calls it an "inconvenience"...
February 10, 200917 yr Please write your senator and congressman about voting against the Freedom Of Choice Act which would make this type of action par for the course and perfectly legal.
February 10, 200917 yr Somebody needs to botch their heads. That is just pathetic. I pray that everyone involved is met with stern action.
February 10, 200917 yr Heard about this, and I pray that everyone involved is charged criminally. Somebody needs to botch their heads. That is just pathetic. I pray that everyone involved is met with stern action. Technically, I pray that God comes over these people to get them to stop doing things like this (as God has came over Stojan Adasevic and Bernard Nathanson, who between and committed ~123,000 abortions but now a adamantly Pro-Life), but I wouldn't be against criminal charges either.
