Shelby Valley is a very good team, however i do not beleive they are a top 5 team in the state. If they play Elliott 10 times i beleive Elliott would win 8 out of 10, Elliott just had an off game against them in the all "A".

As I recall, Shelby Valley held a double-digit lead on Elliott County throughout much of the fourth quarter ... that being the case, I seriously doubt that Elliott would win that matchup 80 percent of the time.

Shelby Valley is a top 5 team and they would give anybody fits in a ten game series. Elliott did not play well for 3 quarters but SV had a lot to do with that. They are big and athletic and the point guard (Justice) has to be one of the top juniors in the state. Give credit where it is due.

I'm sure there are alot of 16th region fans that also get tired of the unwarranted attacks against their teams and fans. I haven't seen one post of anyone stating that Shelby Valley should be the #1 team in the state. So, no, we don't really know who you're talking about.
