I love reading this thread because it makes me want to get to know Steve better. The guy has an unbelieable accident and 6 hours later is joking with the guys. Everyone I have talked to just raves about Steve and his sense of humor but even more about how great of a man and father he is. Best of luck Steve and quick recovery to ya.

 

Well said. This sums it up. Steve's attitude and personality are contagious to say the least.

I heard he almost popped a few stitches laughing at some hunting videos. That is always a good sign. :thumb:

 

Well I'm glad to know that I played a small role in bringing some laughter to Steve (although I think it was the antics of the boys that brought the laughs.) :thumb:The hunting "expedition" wasn't quite the same without him though. But before you know it, he'll be back out at the farm playing euchre with the boys (and providing advise and wisdom such as: "I don't care how dumb the dealer looks, cut the cards") and hunting the next morning. Can't wait for that to happen.

I see that Mr. Roller has a great support group and also the fine replys from the BGP members show that we may disagree on some things, but, we all know when it is time to support anyone that is needing our prayers and support in a case such as Mr. Roller, who continues his efforts to get back to a normal life style and back to the Highlands football field.
