December 9, 200817 yr Author Where oh where is the Captain? :lol: No no....There was a post by BaseballGuy that was sayin something about Jason Varitek of the AL and then it said of the NL catchers and mentioned Ramon Hernandez....But it was apparently taken off because it was either outdated or wrong.
December 9, 200817 yr Pete Rose Jr. put up good stats in the minors. As did Brandon Larson. The bottom line is, these two players were probably not going to see GABP. Todd Frazier and Chris Valaika are way a head of those two.
December 9, 200817 yr I don't care if he comes over and hits 25 bombs and .280, he is not worth Freel, Waring, and Turner. Waring and Turner are both top 20 prospects in this organization. Waring (22yr) was a 7th round pick just two years ago and will be Baltimores starting 3B in high A now, and Turner (23yr) was a 7th round pick just three year ago and will be Baltimores starting 2B in at least AA maybe AAA. Both will likely replace Mora and Roberts in two years and the Reds will still need a catcher. Horrible trade. :laugh::laugh::laugh: Wow. You must really something about this two guys that nobody else does.
