Do you seriously think he is better than Deuce Finch though?

 

I've never implied that, simply just wanted to see some awe reactions when this kid takes the field and plays, I cannot judge for I've only seen Deuce one time but I wasn't comparing those two, simply that Fugate will not be shut down IMO. :thumb:

Fugate will make a statement in this game on both sides of the ball.

I like this game I am rooting for Breathitt Co. I would like to see them win, Central has to be the favorite in this match up. I think that coaching will play a big role in this game and with that Breathitt has the edge.

I am going to be honest with you I kind-of feel sorry for Lou.Central,because it will be scary what Fugate will unleash on Central this friday,because he will not hold anything back in this champion ship game. :thumb::flame:

I think I heard the say thing about Dustin May Last year. Don't get me wrong but he was a good running back , about the same as Fugate, a good running back. As for Central I know they will be ready, that's right they are the defending State Champs going back for the repeat. Remember The CHAMP IS HERE! This is what is played before every Central Home Game.

OK, I am confused. On the Trinity-SK thread, Miles Simpson is going to run all over Trinity's defense and here Fugate is going to run all over Central? Which one is the better junior running back?

 

I would be suprised if either one of them has a huge night as they will face the best defenses they've seen all year, by far!

I have watched Channing Fugate play football ever since he started playing at Breathitt. He is the best football player to ever play the game. I will make you a few promises 1) We will have no trouble finding Pappa Johns because we have won championships there before. This Friday we will be able to count another one. The other promise is that Fugate will find the end zone more times that Louisville Central.

 

 

Well, technically I think Breathitt won all of their state titles at Old Cardinal Stadium and not the Pizza Box. :thumb:

When it is all said and done both teams will be 12-3... Central stops the run and walks away with another State Championship!!

Actually, it wasn't. 2002 was the last year the state games were played at the old Cardinal stadium. This will be Breathitt's first trip to Papa John's Stadium.

For Breathitt to win this week...

 

1. They're going to need some mistakes from Central.

 

2. Jade Haddix and his WR's will have to play their best game of the season, because Breathitt is going to need some big production from the passing game. Central will be keying on Channing Fugate, and I suspect they have the athletes to make the going a lot tougher on him than anyone has all season...Breathitt has to make them pay by moving the ball through the air.
