Yeah, I can't stand to see them sick. We often use pop-sickles, as well.

If it doesn't stop, heed Watusi's advice on the Doctor. They can give her something, to settle the stomach.

I had it Friday night... nasty. However, by late Saturday evening I was feeling much better. Still had the trips to set on the pot though! Now my wife started coming on with it last night. Seems like she is not as severe a case as was mine. Hopefully she is better by tonight.

Well folks...

 

My son caught a virus at daycare last week and was up all night Thursday night throwing up, etc. My wife was laid up all day Saturday. My little girl had a rough night last night and this morning.

 

And now...I am starting to feel a deep rumbling pain in my stomach this morning. I fear for my near future. Anyone else absolutely HATE a stomach virus or is it just me?

Kids can dehydrate really quickly.

 

:thumb: My nephew and his wife had to take their little boy to the hospital due to thie dehydration from the virus, that is a common thing and especially in children.

Get the fenigren (sp) and see if it settles it.

My wife swears by phenegran(sp) but it puts her out like a light! I just cant take it. I feel for anyone going through this. I had it last week and literally thought I was going to die. Profuse sweating but still freezing. Liquid coming out of every part of my body and the sight of food made it worse. My wife just kept pouring the gatorade to me. It started on monday evening and ran through to wednesday morning. I wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy! Keep the electrolites up and try to drink some chicken or beef broth! Good luck!

I had that virus last year, the sickest I have ever been. Spent a day in the ER...I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

I had my annual case early in November. Felt terrible for about a day and a half.
