November 30, 200817 yr I have eaten quite a few plates of leftovers. I'm out of mac & cheese though. :irked: I love the Thanksgiving meal in general. But I must admit that I get somewhat sick of turkey. Until I add gravy.

November 30, 200817 yr Turkey or ham (honey baked ofcourse) are THE BOMB!!! Since we went to my parents house 4 hours away, the only thing I brought home with me is the ham so . . . I'm fixing a small turkey breast today so we've got turkey and dressing to eat today while we finish putting up the rest of the Christmas decorations!:thumb:
November 30, 200817 yr Turkey and noodles for us last night. Might have to whip up some turket soup later on. From "A Christmas Story", right after the neighbors' dogs trash the Christmas turkey: The heavenly aroma still hung in the house. But it was gone, all gone! No turkey! No turkey sandwiches! No turkey salad! No turkey gravy! Turkey Hash! Turkey a la King! Or gallons of turkey soup! Gone, ALL GONE!
November 30, 200817 yr I have been destroyin hashbrown casserole and dressing. My Granny doesn't really like turkey so she always cooks a hen instead. I made chicken parmesean panini's for Mom, my Step Dad, and I Friday with those leftovers.

December 1, 200817 yr Didn't have as many leftovers this year - oldest boy came in from college and I swear I don't think there is any food at MSU - because he ate like he was starved to death - the high school sr eat's everything in site, what they didn't eat the daughter's family ate. I'm a little tired of turkey though.
