Biggest Team Bust this year in the NFL?

Featured Replies

Which team has completely not lived up to the expectations that were set for them at the beginning of the season?

Bengals?

Chargers?

Colts?

Eagles?

Someone else? What are your thoughts?

The team that I am most surprised by their fall is the Seahawks. They have fallen off the face of the earth in a year.

I would also add the Chargers, Vikings, Jags and Saints as surprises in terms of how bad they are.

Can't be the Eagles...I don't think they were really expected to be that great...not IMO anyways. I thought they'd finish no better than 3rd in the division.

I dont' know if I would say the Saints just because I feel as though they have been plagued by injury. Missing Bush and Colston sure can hurt that offense.

I concur...I understand why they have struggled. I think the same can be said for the Chargers without Merriman.

I think it has to be the Chargers. They were predicted by many to be in the Super Bowl, which they still can if they get hot.

Jax is a good choice. I thought they would be a lot better.

Cincy? I knew they were bad.

Browns, I thought they were over-rated, but better than what they have showed.

Indy- If not for Chargers, they would be my pick as biggest disappointment.

Minnesota, Green Bay get consideration.

After Favre left, no one really thought the Packers would be that good. They're tied for 1st right now in their division and the just beat the Bears by 34 points. I don't think they deserve any consideration.

After having big year last season, and with the huge expectation of Rodgers.

I think the do. They have under achieved this year.

I disagree. They're first in their division right now if they win tomorrow night. How is that underachieving, considering most people expected the Vikings to win it after Favre left?
