If we can't get rid of the owners, then atleast he should get rid of the whole coaching staff. Well except maybe the defensive coordinator. The defense has not been that bad this year.

 

However we need a coach who actually knows how to manage a game. Also need an offensive coordinator who actually will mix things up, and not be so dang predictable.
