November 20, 200817 yr I haven't read anything about, I am going to cut out beer all together and stick with captain and diet coke! I did this and felt ok for a while, but now I feel like it makes me sluggish the next day. I don't drink pop ever, except for as a mixed drink. I can tell a huge difference the next day when I've drank pop the day before.

November 24, 200817 yr How are you doing, Rocket? Are you still hanging in there? bugatti, I'm guessing that RockPride meant Yoga was the most difficult. It gets monotonous after a while, but it is definitely worth it. It is awful very hard to do--especially for muscular guys. However, I believe it goes very far in keeping your body healthy and uninjured to get through the rigorous 90 days and beyond.

I am about the most unflexible person in history. On a good day I can touch my knees.

December 23, 200817 yr If you have the p90x would you recommend it? Compared to other workouts how would you rate it? Rocket? Over a month in, are you still on this? If so what has the results been so far?

If so what has the results been so far? Do you work out now, SG? If you are in somewhat decent shape, p90x is awesome. I can see it being difficult for someone going from nothing or sitting on the couch all the time.

Look at my self portait in my avater no I don't, lol (my little attempt at humor, lol) I do not work out now. im in somewhat decent shape. Had a bit of stuff going on this past year that has a lot of stress with it, so not much excercise this past year. I have been looking into the p90x as well as getting a bunch of stuff from GNC, looking into what to get there now.
