I didn't see a thread for this one yet, so lets have it y'all. What do you think about the Harlan Co. Black Bears against the Breathitt Co. Bobcats playing at Jackson?

I have to go with the Bears of course. I know they can do it this time if they play like they are capable of.............so come on Bears, show 'em what you got!!!

GO BEARS!!!

I feel this will be a different game this week. Best of luck to the Bears. Go eat up some Bobcat!

Great matchup the second time around. I beleive the outcome will be different I will take Coach Larkey and the Black Bears in this one.

HC 21

BC 14

I think this one is a lot closer than the 1st meeting. Its possible that Breathitt Co might be flat from that easy win but I still like the home team.

Breathitt Co 28

Harlan Co 21

Hard to imagine that Harlan is 40 points better now then a few weeks ago. I think Breathitt wins by 16-21.

That's the point that is lingerin in my mind, however, I don't hink Harlan was 40 points worse than the Bobcats then. Breathitt broke their backs early and the Bears laid down, let's hope that doesn't happen this time around. I can see the Bears hanging around and pulling the upset, but I figure Holcomb will have his teams attention after a slow start to the playoffs last week, Go Bears.

Ha, I actually kinda hope that it does happen again. but I can understand Estill maybe prefering to play Harlan if the Engineers win this week.

I agree with Neers, I don't believe that Breathitt was 40 points better than we were then, although they were that night. It wasn't the fact that the Black Bears lost, in our last meeting that was so disturbing, but it was the manner in which they did it. Our very first ever home game, huge crowd, tons of hype, and very high expectations were all factors. The kids just flopped. It was emabarrassing....to all of us. I'm so glad that they get a chance to redeem themselves and get to swap licks with Breathitt again. This will be a different ball game. I believe the Bears can beat them. I hope that they BELIEVE IT!

It has nothing to do with who Estill will play next if they win, these teams in my mind are pretty much even, Harlan gets better every week, and Breathitt seems to have peaked early and still haven't decided if they want to stay at the top or head on back down the hill, either match up would be a tough one for the Engineers.

I think the Bears put up a tougher fight than the first round, but with the game at Jackson I give the slight edge to Breathitt.

Too much Fugate. BC 34, HC 21.

It depends on stripe shirts where are they from

Nice match-up. I like BC 17-14

BC 28-21
