I like cheap gas.

I just saw that station mentioned on the WKYT Channel 27 broadcast out of Lexington.

 

They said it was at a Circle K station.

 

Circle K, plus the station across the street from it (I forgot the name of it). They are both on the East side of the Bypass.

$1.98-$2.05 in a lot of places in cincinnati. Hopefully the prices don't go up after the election.

Considering all of the holiday travelers, I would expect a rise in prices.

Election is Tuesday, anyone really surprised? This will last through Christmas in order for Wal-Mart and retail to do really good(they would even if gas was 5 dollars a gallon), then prices jack up considerably after inauguration.

Gas in Ashland was 2.56 this afternoon. :irked:

 

I was in Lexington on Sunday and it was 2.34 or so then . . . I'm still waiting for it to drop some more around here. I'm kinda confused how ours can still be up that high since we've got the refinery right down the road . . . therefore the "transportation" costs shouldn't keep our prices up. :irked:

 

But really I'm just happy that they've come down this far in such a short amount of time! I feel like I've had a $1/hr raise!!!! :ylsuper:

 

 

Because the gas stations in Ashland are all owned by either Marathon or John Clark. They don't have the competition that the bigger cities have.

I guess this is one positive from the financial crisis.

And to think we were irrate when it went up to $1.98, now it is looking really good to us.

Are you positive on this because I know some people that live in Belfry and they said it's cheaper. Around 2.49 or so.

2.41 in Maysville. Goes down a few cents every few days.

The government could have reduced prices a year ago. They chose not too!
