Game of the week. Who wins??

 

Im gonna go out there and say the Rocks prevail in a thriller. Give them the advantage because they are improved on defense from a year ago and Smyth is coming on strong. Plus its going to be jammed pack at Marshall Stadium and will give the Rocks the edge.

St. X just took out Don Bosco Saturday. I'm going to have to go with St. X in a close one.

I would love to see a Ky team beat one of the mighty Ohio teams. Trinity 38-35 in an upset.

I like the Ohio team against a Kentucky team.

 

It is a very high percentage play in years past.

I would love to see the Rocks knock off Cinn X but the D will not stop the power run game X has nor the play-action pass. T does not have the O at this point of the season they had last year hence we will not score as many points. Cov and Beaty will have a very good game plan to break down the 3-3-5 D of X but it will not be enough. Repeat of 2003, X24 T-17.

Having seen X earlier in the season, I think the Rocks can win this one! X has a very good defense but a sub par O. Go Rocks! Northern KY is rooting for you!

This will be the best team that Trinity has played so far. On the other hand, this is the

4th best team that St. X has played in its first five games. However young St. X was against Colerain, they aren't any more.

:eek: Define overrated?? Like losing to one of the best teams in the country by 3, or beating Alabama's big school champ, or beating the preseason #4 in the country? Their "easy" game was against Cathedral who is traditionally one of Indy's top teams. That said, I hope Trinity beats them by 60.
