September 12, 200818 yr Bet that boy doesnt come around any more! If I was that father, I would ask for a trial by jury. Not a jury in the world would convict him! I also bet if he took up a collection for his defense fund he would have the best lawyer money can buy!

Not trying to be on a soapbox here, but no wonder people say our society is messed up. I seriously doubt it would take me a year to hear "noises" coming from one of my daughters' rooms at night!

I'm sure the prosecutor will drop the charges, or if he decides to present them to a grand jury, they will. If not, like somebody else said, ask for a jury trial. He will walk.
