Why is it that a minor cannot enter into a written contract with someone but it is okay to do what you wrote above? Let me say before I offend you, not arguing with you but posting a genuine question?

I'm assuming he was invited over, so that's not trespassing. I am shocked at some of the comments in this thread.

YOU have to judge based on the written law - not the "I'll take justice into my own hands" version. To do otherwise says that you don't have to follow rules of society. Is that you?

The fact of the matter is this young man was chased and apparently struck with a metal pipe.

I'd guess that its not against the law to be naked in someone else's house when you were a)invited in and b)your host is also naked. However, lets act like it is illega for a second. So what? Its illegal for me to steal your mail. Does that give you the right to beat me with a pipe? Were you somehow threatened?
