September 6, 200818 yr Author East Carloina gets another huge win. They now hve beaten a top 25 team in Va. Tech last week and a top 10 team in WVU this week. ECU dominated this game both offensively and defensively. They came out and Punched WVU in the mouth and kept punching. Skip Holtz has done a great job with that program.

September 7, 200818 yr Another big win. If I didnt know before the game I would of thought EC was the ranked team. WVU never got anything going or VT count either last week . Seems EC is the real deal. I'm glad and was rooting for them both weeks. They should easily break the top 25, especially if they get another win and go 3-0.

Looks like ECU is for real considering I'm sure WVU used the Tech game as an example not to take ECU lightly. Congrats to them, Skip could be on a different sideline next year, and more than likely at a top conference school.

They will be in this week's poll because they ARE one of the best 25 teams in the country and, from what Ive seen, Im not so sure that they arent one of the 10 best teams. They totally dominated WV from the opening kickoff. I thought West Va had a shot at getting to the BCS championship game before this debacle!! EC is very good!!:thumb:
September 7, 200818 yr EC could be this years Hawaii. You are right. The best thing about ECU is the defense is the best part of the team. Hawaii was led by an offense that feared no defense. ECU imo has more potential, imo.
