And this...

ahhhhh, Fleetwood Mac's "Tusk."

I can't stand the Buckeyes but did you notice the O.J. Simpson run vs. the Buckeyes in the clip? It's from the 1969 Rose Bowl. The one where the Buckeyes overcame a 10-0 deficit and beat USC something like 28-16 going away. It was Woody Hayes' last national title.

^ That was indeed the '69 Rose Bowl loss (following the '68 regular season). Rex Kern led Ohio State back from a 10-0 deficit and overcame a 171 yard effort by "the Juice." The Trojans turned the table in '73, beating OSU in the Rose Bowl 42-17 behind Anthony Davis, only to have it turned back on them in 1974 by OSU. That was the last time OSU has beaten USC.

The last time these teams met, in 1990, USC beat OSU 35-26, the game was stopped with 2:36 to play because of lightning after USC recovered an onside kick.

Here's the 1979 USC victory over LSU that is my first ever USC memory. Notice the names: Paul McDonald, Charles White, Marcus Allen, Keith Van Horne, Hoby Brenner, several others. I think Jeff Fisher was on defense on that team, too.

If you want to know why Marcus Allen's in the Hall of Fame, watch him block as a fullback in this game (#33). Clips at about 3:12, 3:50 and 5:10. He's probably a freshmen or sophomore in this game, blocking for Charles White. Take note young people.

^ My God, that was 30 years ago, I am old.

Sweater Vest will have them ready to go, as bad as it pains me, OSU in an upset.

USC for me

USC by 14.

I have felt all along tOSU was going to win this game. I am not putting much in to last week's performance. They should win. They return virtually their entire team going up a team that lost a lot of starters.

tOSU 28

USC 24

USC returned 7 defensive starters from one of the country's top units last year. Sanchez is better than Booty, and as mentioned the skill players all saw significant time last year.

SwhsWarrior2000, Do I know you?

The Bucks looked horrible vs. Ohio (Not Ohio U., Slink), but I do think it will be closer than most think. After last weeks game and USC performance against Virginia, I'd say the 10pt spread is about right and I do believe OSU with cover.

Not to mention some of their backups get drafted by NFL teams...

They're going to trounce the Buckeyes...

When was the last time OSU was shut out? It could happen.
