August 31, 200818 yr Author I think that it is safe to say that Bama is back. What an impressive performance. I am going as far as naming them them my favorite in the SEC West. Then who knows what could happen in an SEC title game, they wouldn't have to be the best all season, just the best on that night. Those freshmen at Bama are some kind of good and the defense is flying around and hitting people wen they get there. J.P. Wilson looked great...22-30, 179yds. and 2td's.

Bama just came out ready to play and flat out whipped them. I think if Clemson can recover mentally from tonight then they still have good shot at a great season. I hope they do bc I really like T. Bowden.
August 31, 200818 yr Bama looked better than I gave them credit for, and I thought they were going to be pretty good. This was a definite SEC/ACC statement!!
August 31, 200818 yr I think Wake Forest might win the ACC. But, I haven't seen Florida State or Miami play anyone competitive yet.
August 31, 200818 yr Great showing for the Tide and the SEC!! I feel much less confident about the Cats chances of winning at Bama now...I may even fell less confident about 10 hours from now..:irked:
August 31, 200818 yr Author Bama looked fantastic. Very impressive... :thumb: Just a matter of time before they are back on top of the SEC and contending for a 13th National Title. A.L. will be so very happy with this game.
August 31, 200818 yr I heard A.L. is real happy. But I also thought that Clemson wasn't ready. They dropped passes/missed so many tackles/QB/etc. I don't think we are "back", but the next few weeks our young guys will get better and by the time the meat gets here, well lets wait and see. I'll be watching the Cats in about 2 hours.
