Can there be a more stupid event in Olympics than synchronized diving? And water polo is kind of silly, too. I'm sure it's tough to tread water and swim non-stop for four 7-minute periods, but an olympic sport? I mean, come on, mowing my backyard in 90 degree weather is pretty tough also and takes a little endurance, but they don't make it part of the Olympics.

I will give you synchronized diving...but I will respectfully completely disagree with you when it comes to water polo.

I am not sure of the ratings, but I believe I heard that the first night of the actual games (not ceremonies) when Michael Phelps was swimming his 400 IM and broke the world record there was 57-58 millions viewers.

I can't wait to watch more and more. Too bad that the best stuff on TV is usually during the "prime time hours" since I will have to miss the good stuff from Tuesday to Saturday evening since I have the Florence Freedom games to work but I will still be following things. If the rest of the events are as exciting as the 4x100 men's free then its' going to be one heck of an Olympics.

If you go to NBCOlympics.com, you should see it on there. You don't have to register or anything and they have the full 10 minute version. It's currently on the home page, if you don't see it, click on video and you can go from there. :thumb:

I know they have taken down every YouTube link that has popped up.
