July 29, 200818 yr #2- It says if a man is living in the US, can he be buried in Canada? Of course, he can, a person can still be buried alive. I think that one was wrong by the test-givers. That was my original thought after I read the question but I knew what direction they were going in and answered accordingly.
July 29, 200818 yr I have a problem with this test. #2- It says if a man is living in the US, can he be buried in Canada? Of course, he can, a person can still be buried alive. I think that one was wrong by the test-givers. #8- It says if a farmer has 17 sheep and all but 9 die, how many sheep does he have? He still has 17 sheep, its just that 8 of them are dead. I got 7 on the test. I missed those 2 and the Moses question.:lol::lol::lol: Thanks to all that helped me with that problem I had earlier. I was never and still have trouble with math. I appreciate it.
July 29, 200818 yr :lol::lol::lol: Thanks to all that helped me with that problem I had earlier. I was never and still have trouble with math. I appreciate it. It's all in the wording brother, this type of question is meant to get people that aren't good at math or paying attention. The way it's written automatically makes your mind search for half of the number rather than multiplying it by half. I started to do the same, took some other tests from the website, many of which include keywords that often times determine an answer,
July 29, 200818 yr I got 9. The one that got me was question 4. It said divide 30 by 1/2 + add 10. It said the answer was 70. I put 25. :creepy::creepy: Can anyone that really understands math explain this one too me ? It would be 30 / (1/2) and when you divide something by a fraction you "copy, change, flip" meaning you keep the first number the same, change the division sign to a multiplication sign, and flip the fraction. This would end up being 30 * 2 which equals 60. Add on 10 and you have 70. :thumb:
July 29, 200818 yr 9 right...the pill one got me. I still don't understand...I think it would be 1.5 hours. You got 3 pills....doc tells you to take one every .5 hours....one hour would be one pill.... the next half hour, you take your last half pill...1.5 hours. Now, will someone tell me how it is only one hour? Thanks in advance!

That is one hour.
July 29, 200818 yr LOL...I never thought about zero hour....thank you so much. I thought about this and thought about this! My brain actually hurts! LOL (BTW, my 17 year old brother would say..."what brain"? ) He says that a lot!!!
July 29, 200818 yr I got 8 correct. I got the math question wrong. But last time I checked half of 30 was 15, and a plus 10 to that # would make it 25. What am I missing here? And no I'm not blonde. White, but not blonde.

July 29, 200818 yr This one got me also, that and the one about taking the pills. I understand the answer, but I was thinking they meant how long would the effects of the pills last. I got 8. I missed this question too, for the same reason.
