It's not a final ruling. But a hearing officer with the Kentucky High School Athletic Association has found Dakotah Euton and Chad Jackson eligible to play at Scott County High School for the 2008-2009 basketball season.

Yup. I didn't mention that in the other thread but I'm pretty sure this is exactly what happened with Mitchell. He was ruled ineligible, the KHSAA hired official (not sure if it was an officer or not) deemed his change of residence was bona fide and he was still denied eligibility.

 

Think the KHSAA learned their lesson with that decision?
