Boooo....I still believe they were involved at least.

Me too. I really think her brother did it either by accident, or otherwise.

I still believe the family was involved, the one piece of evidence I can't believe is the "practice" ransom note that was found in the kitchen. Or something to that effect, the case stinks to high heaven.

I can't remember all the details, but this case was botched from the beginning, no surprise that it continues on to this day.

It just surprises me that with all of the evidence tied back to their family in some way that they were cleared..

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Straight cash homey!

Wouldn't they be able to tie the dna back to him in that case?

I told MrRk tonight that her brother did it and not by accident. I think that money bought this DNA decision.

I must admit that I'm slightly stunned at the cynicism on here.

Why ya say that for?

Why ya say that for?

Why? They've used current DNA tests, tests that weren't available until recently, to rule these people out. Yet we hear they're still guilty based off of speculation and we hear that the authorities were paid off.

That's not a reason to say people are cynical?

I was just thinking the same thing.

This case was a media circus from the beginning. The aspersion was cast, and they were tried and convicted in the minds of the public there. No matter what happens, even if they find someone else, everyone is convinced that they are guilty somehow.

I can't believe what I'm reading. These are new tests that couldn't be done back then, and people are still saying they're guilty. I feel bad for the family.

It's sad what happened to the parents in this case. They were tried and convicted in the media, and the public court of law, and now new technology has proven they were not involved. Also sad the mother couldn't live to see this day.

I agree with you, Rockmom, Clyde and UKMustangFan.
