Pittsburgh has St. Louis on its heels right now, hopefully they can pull off a big win.

^ Tie game. Izzy got rocked.

I am listening to it, and Pirates have made a 4 run comeback in the 9th inning now going into the 10th.

They got the lead back for now but we have to worry about getting over .500 before we start watching scoreboards.

Don't tell that to the NL West.

Reds are 7-3 in their last ten games and on a 3 game win streak.

CC tomorrow...

Very true. Big home stand after the break to get to .500

Cardinals choked twice and lost on a walk off HR

That pitching staff is a mess and they will start to tail off after the break IMO. It will be exposed.

Check that. All of the probables are pitching Sunday

On the radio pre-game they were saying that Webb might not start Sunday but I do see him listed as probable.

They were also saying that Clint Hurdle called Dusty and talked about how to utilize EV. I'd guess one inning and out.

Hurdle will start Cook.

^ Thats wack.

I agree, but I'm betting he will.

To be honest, I'd much rather applaud EV when he's introduced before the game and then watch him sit the entire night. That will be 3 days rest. Why risk it with a young pitcher?

Only valid reason is because he earned it. Outside of that, I'm with you...
