Jobs you have worked

Sports is really slow, and I've wondered what kind of jobs you now work and have worked in your life. My first fulltime summer job was between my soph and jr year in high school where I worked at a furniture store. I have also done carpentry, landscaping, my grandfather was an upholsterer and I used to tear down and deliver for him. I've also worked grocery stores, been a custodian, groundskeeper, head middle school footbal coach, assistant high school football coach, reffereed basketball and football. In the Air Force for four years, a dental lab tech for 22 years, a patient transporter and am now a custodial supervisor. I also dispatched at the Frankfort FD for 6 months while someone was on maternity leave. I'm sure I left a few out.

MountainThunder, I too have a home based video production business. Unofficially we've worked for 5 years as well, but we just filed with the state in February to make it all legit. We do highlight films for three of the local high schools here in BG. If you don't mind my asking, what kind of business have you done in BG?

Individual highlight videos for distribution to collegiate coaches. I have never advertised, but my name got out as a parent in BG saw the Chris Cessna highlight video I did that Coach Elson and the WKU staff loved and the parent wanted me to do his son's video. I do several teams in the SE part of the state, but outside of that area, all the videos have been individual athletes.

That's really cool. It's neat to hear of someone else doing similar stuff.

I did about anything a kid could do through high school and undergrad.
