June 5, 200818 yr I saw "Bang The Drum Slowly" recently for the first time, and found it to be pretty darned good. Bang the Drum Slowly is one of my favorite movies of all time. I saw it when I was very young for the first time and didn't understand it fully. It is a great story. I would like to see a remake of it, except I am afraid Hollywood would mess it up. Also Facing the Giants is a pretty good one.

June 6, 200818 yr What does everyone think of the movie based on the great Jim Thorpe's life, starring Burt Lancaster? I can't remember the name of the film, but it was very good imo.
