June 4, 200818 yr Ever since Memorial Day my roommate and I have been watching several WWII movies and also the mini-series Band of Brothers. I figured I would ask...what is your favorite WWII movie and why? Please don't have Band of Brothers as your answer because IMO its by far the best but its also a television show, not a movie, lol.

June 4, 200818 yr I loved Enemy at the Gates.. I've never met anyone else who has ever even heard of it. I show parts of the opening in my class when I am discussing the eastern front of the war.
June 4, 200818 yr War movie to impress your girlfriend, "From Here To Eternity" That is before you impress her with "Pearl Harbor". Then of course, you are going to have to spring for the trip to Waikiki. The airfare is out of sight right now!
June 4, 200818 yr Author I loved Enemy at the Gates.. I've never met anyone else who has ever even heard of it. Definitely one of my favorites as well, I own this one too. I like how it was from a different angle.
