The only difference is it doesn't spin but it is still the same design.

April 30, 200818 yr The belt Triple H has is a little different. The only difference is it doesn't spin but it is still the same design. It's a little different, yes. When Orton won the title, they immediately changed the spinner. It stayed the same, but didn't spin. The one HHH has now is basically the same design but with more gold and less silver. My personal favorite is the winged eagle design below.
April 30, 200818 yr Author When did they announce that? William Regal announced it on wwe.com after RAW went off the air monday. and about the belt, didnt notice it not spinning til someone pointed it out to me this week so yeah it may have stopped spinning when Orton won it.

Oh, okay, I hardly ever check wwe.com :thumb: I really don't like the WWE letting wrestlers personalize the belts. Cena did it with the spinner belt, and Edge also did it when he had the belt. He had that Rated R Superstar logo on the belt. I think if they want to play up the significance of the belt they should leave it alone. I also think they should get rid of having one belt on Raw and one belt on Smackdown. They need to pick one and stick with it.

I agree with this too, but the problem is that since they basically are completely different groups of wrestlers and they rarely mix with the other shows, they need something to give to those on Smackdown.
April 30, 200818 yr I am not a HHH mark, but they really didn't have any other choice at Backlash. JBL couldn't run with the strap on Raw. He did OK when he was World Champ on Smackdown, but Raw is another animal. Cena is going to be filming a movie over the summer so that basically took him out of the mix. Now, on to Mr. Orton. Story is that he got himself in some more hot water on the WWE's latest trip to Europe. It seems that Mr. Orton didn't appreciate being woken up early by the hotel staff. Evidently, there was some miscommunication between Mr. Orton and the hotel staff on exactly what time his wake up call was. Anyway, Orton took his room service food and proceeded to dump the food on the hotel staff members who woke him up. I doubt he will be suspended, but I definitly see his antics costing him the WWE title. There really is no reason to put the title on HHH.....The smart money would be on a real good HHH/Orton fued this summer with Trips putting Orton over to further legitimize Orton as a top player.......if he can stay out of trouble.

I'm not sure that is the case, HBK doesn't need the belt or to fight for the belt to steal the show, HHH and Orton do.
