April 17, 200818 yr Love their old stuff, but I'm not big fan of the new stuff. They got softer if it was possible. My iTunes only consists of their greatest hits from 70 something to 80 something. Great CD.
April 23, 200818 yr I like 'Wasted Time' the best, but I enjoy everything I have ever heard from The Eagles. Don Henley and Glenn Frye had great solo careers, as well. Joe Walsh is kind of "out there", but he is a lot better guitarist than he gets credit for. The Eagles rule!

The "Wasted Time Reprise" leading into "Victim of Love" is a great combination.

April 23, 200818 yr My favorite band. I love their harmonies and their layered guitar work. I saw them in 2002 and 2003. At the 2002 show we were lower arena in Knoxville and noticed empty seats near the stage. We went down and took them during the intermission only to be told that they belonged to the wife of Irving Azoff and we wouldn't last there. We gave it a try though. They came out and played "Witchy Woman" and within five minutes she and an entourage came flying in on their brooms and shooed us away. However for that 1/2 a song we were within 30 feet of Frey and Schmidt. My favorites (can't place an order) Hotel California (most anything on that album) Lyin' Eyes One of These Nights (these 2 are during what Frey termed their "Satanic/Country and Western" muse) Already Gone Good Day in Hell Best of My Love Long Run In the City Even "Greeks don't want no Freaks" brings a grin when I hear it.
