I would have the DE go as deep as the ball is and the corners to the line that will keep the runnner inside then your NG, DT and linebackers can make the play.

 

If the DE goes "as deep as the ball", then that opens the door for an easy kickout block by a pulling guard - whether on the Sweep or Boot.
