The supps I take are NO2 black, Creatine Burst, Flax Oil, GNC mega men vitamin, Black Powder, Leukic and Glutamine

That's pretty expensive isn't it? How is the NO2 Black and the Leukic? I've heard stacking Leukic, Creakic and Geikic is great but really expensive.

Right now I'm only taking: Muscle Milk, Hydroxycut Hardcore, CLA, Cinnamon, and Zinc.

You are spending way too much money each month. NANO Vapor takes care of the NO2, Creatine, and Leukic all in one.

I eat fast food a lot because I like to get out of the building at work for my lunch break.

There are generally salads on most fast food menus unless you are going to Rally's. I changed my diet 2 weeks ago and already lost 4 pounds. I am 6'2 and about 214lbs. I'd like to get to 205 by summer. Diet is the key though.

Thats skinny.

My goal is 280 in the long term, but 300 in short term. I have been hanging around 335 pounds the past weeks, but I am still down from 377 overall after starting Hydroxycut Hardcore and getting back into weight lifting.

I need to get back on track. This week I only worked out once. For the past 6 weeks I had been in the gym 5 days a week lifting and doing about 15 miles of cardio a week. I think Im going to start working out before work in the mornings and then maybe go to an MMA gym in the evenings. My friend just had his first cage fight last night and I was so wanting to get in there myself.

As for supplements the only thing I was taking was Black Powder. I dont really think its had that much of an effect on my workouts.

Thats skinny.

I havent been called that in 10 yrs. It would be nice to be called that. Trust me. The guiness pints last night at Molly Malones didnt help either.

Well the Creatine burst I got on clearance, they were the $80 tubs and were marked down to 19.99 because GNC changed labels, and it was gold car day so I got %20 off that. I got the Leukic for $35 on ebay, and I got the NO2 black 300 ct bottle for $70 on ebay as well. Flax oil is only like $5 at Wal-Mart and the vitamins arent much either at GNC as long as I get it on Gold Card. When my Blackpowder is up, I won't be taking it any longer.

A good place to get supps for a reasonable price is ebay and bodybuilding.com. If you do your research and shop around you can get all you need for a good price:thumb:

I'm also trying to cut back some pounds, and I have found that one big difference maker is absolutely not allowing myself to eat after 8:00 pm.

I've been on a pretty strict diet, and a regular workout schedule, but feel like I could use somethign more. I'm just starting to check out the different supplements, and wanted to get some of your opinions. Any help would be appreciated.

I dunno anymore with good weight loss stuff, it seems like anything good they come out with, FDA comes right in after it and says its bad, so who knows.

If you are eating a healthy snack, it's okay and probably even good for you to eat after 8 PM. Just make sure it's healthy. Your body doesn't need to go too long without meals, and if you stop eating at 8 PM and start eating again at say, 8 AM, that's 12 hours without eating. So as long as the food is healthy according to what I've read, it's okay to eat a small snack before you go to bed.

Have used Hydroxycut in the past, really boosts my energy but never saw any significant weight loss. Stacked Nitro-Tech and Cell-Tech in high school put on about 30 pounds in 2-3 months got freaky strong and was pretty satisfied with the results, if you're not looking to put the weight on Muscletech makes another protein product that doesn't contain sugar and should help keep the weight off. Used to be a big Muscletech fan but as of late have been taking more BSN products.

Liked the nitro tech/cell tech stack... it works.

Doing the NO2 Black for a while, but took a break about a week before Spring Break, just started back on it today. The first few weeks were great, really liked it, gonna try Stick1's bench work out that he posted starting monday and see what kinda results I can get between now and the last week of school.
