March 15, 200818 yr There's no denying that, thanks for the info.:thumb: No problem, let me know which you decide and how it worked. Being a former college athlete I've tried alot of this stuff, so it helps.
March 15, 200818 yr Hammertime, You don't have to necessarily lose weight, to lose fat. You might workout and gain weight, bu still cut some fat. What I'd recommend is this. And it's very hard to do. Even if you take the Hydroxycut you will need to: (I'm not accusing you of doing any of these, but these are some rules that I'd follow if I were trying to lose weight/cut fat) Eat healthy. Cut down or eliminate completely fast foods, sugars (soda's especially), lower your carbohydrates etc. Drink a lot of water. Water is the best thing to drink, better than Gatorade and anything else IMO. Do a lot of fast paced workouts. Don't mope around the gym and talk to friends. Make sure your working out hard, fast, and add in a ton of cardio. Do cardio before you work out to warm up, and after you work out as well. Do all that and I'd say you won't have a problem burning fat...
March 15, 200818 yr NO Xplode is better for energy/drive/focus but sometimes made me jumpy, Superpump doesn't even thou it is bascially the same type thing.. I like Superpump better, but it effects people different. Friend of mine got nothing from superpump (give him the runs), and loves No Xplode he likes the pump feeling. But personally would probably take superpump. Not to mention Xplode is expensive. NO Explode and Superpump 250 are basically the same thing. I got the pump with both (not a whole lot though) and I felt like superpump gave me a better drive, and made me focus more. NANO Vapor does it all though. I have only had it for about a week though, however I love it thus far.

March 15, 200818 yr I've heard great things about Superpump, do you prefer it over NO Xplode? I prefer Superpump 250 over NO Explode any day of the week. As of now though, I like NANO Vapor the best. It's got of Creatine, Arginine (I believe this is the nitric oxide) and Leucine (same thing in Leukic...which is an anabolic activator). As of now (I keep getting side tracked) I'm trying to get back into working out 4-5 days a week. I do Judo at EKU 2 days a week, and I have classes 2 days a week. My hope is to be able to work out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays and then one day out of Friday/Saturday/Sunday as well. I do Judo on Mondays and Tuesdays, so I would like to go ahead and work out those days, to get in extra work. I'd also like to work out a couple times on Wednesdays (once in the morning, and once at night), then do some running or light lifting later in the week. I'm taking Fish Oils, GNC Sport Multi Vitamins, and I take NANO Vapor when I work out. My goal isn't to lose weight, but to tone up and gain a little muscle in the process. I'm not huge, but I've gained around 25 lbs since high school. Mostly muscle, but here lately it has been transforming into fat because I've gotten out of my routines. If all goes well, I might actually get back into a regular routine this week. I hope!
March 15, 200818 yr I don't drink Soda anyways so thats a plus however, I eat a ton of fast food. I have been trying to do a little better lately but I guess I am going to cut it out all together. I am going to Subway.

If so it's a nice facility, and this week would be a great week to get back into the routine coming back from Spring Break, it's almost like New Year's.:dancingpa

For about 6 months I quit eating it for the most part and when I did eat it, it would hurt my stomach! I have been doing terrible lately because I just don't have time to fix stuff at home. But starting NOW (I'm making myself start now) I'm going to STOP eating fast food. I'll post here every time I eat fast food from now on, that way you all can fuss at me!

I also have a huge basement where we have a punching bag, a BOB (body opponent bag), a bench press, dumbbells, and a mat to do sit ups on. I have everything in my basement to do the "300 Workout". I'm planning on getting up in the mornings on Monday and Tuesdays, working out in my basement, going to class or resting, then doing Judo, then going to the fitness center at night. I might die trying, but I'm going to try it!
March 15, 200818 yr I eat fast food a lot because I like to get out of the building at work for my lunch break.
