To clear any confusion I am actually referring to the lead guitarist from KISS who was the lead singer on the single "Shock Me". I have no idea who Greenup is going to hire.

COUNT ME AMONG THE PEOPLE ON THE TIM FRALEY BAND WAGON. NOT ONLY WOULD HE MAKE A GOOD COACH AND A PERFECT FIT--HE ALREADY TEACHES AT GCHS. WITH HIS EXPERIENCE AND DISCLIPINE HE WOULD BE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB.

 

I can't understand the reasoning. I just heard that his two star players may me moving southwest down around Toyota-ville. Euton's step brother left Greenup to get away from Ward and now it looks like he may be getting away from Ward's mini me.

Just out of morbid curiousity, do you have any clue about the Greenup situation? Considering Fraley teaches there and you weren't aware of that, I'd assume that your knowledge is slim with regards to what is currently the "deal" at Greenup. And unless I missed it, and perhaps I have, who would be your choice for head coach at Greenup?

First off, I would not call it teach, he is over the ISS at the high school, that was a joke about him teaching. Second I am extremely aware of everything that goes on at GC. You assume alot and we all no what a.s.s.u.m.e. means. Nobody has ask who I think should be the coach, but since you ask I will tell you. Nathan Sutton. Sutton took a team last year half way through the year and by the end of the year had them playing pretty good ball, all things considered. He is young, enthusiastic and has a passion for GC and the program. He is just what we need in Lloyd, but has not received a chance to take over and run things the way he wants. If he does not get the job this year I have a good feeling he will leave and be a great coach for someone else in the region. (big suprise good talent leaving GC to do great things somewhere else)I was at GC when Fraley was there and I was never that fond of him, that is a personal opinion, but I'm pretty sure I can give it on this thread. In closing please dont question my knowledge on GC sports and the saga surrounding them, I have a feeling I know as much if not more about them than most of the people on here.

Well, I have every right to question you just as you have every right to voice your opinion. I disagree with you and think that Tim is a fine coach. I don't know Sutton. However, GC must not have had the same feeling considering he wasn't given the job this past season. I wish him nothing but the best. But perhaps you should give Coach Fraley a chance from the bench before you castigate him. You may be pleasantly surprised. And FWIW, I've known Tim for 30 years. Although I don't doubt that you may have a clue about the situation at Greenup, I doubt that the doomsday approach to the next possible coach (whomever it may be) is anything out of the norm for the Greenup folk. Like I said before, I wish nothing but thick skin and deaf ears for the next to take the helm.

I get it. You like him, I dont. It looks like we are going to to find out if he is a good hire or not pretty soon. I guess we can talk about that next year around this time of year. For now lets just agree to disagree. To be honest with you I hope you are right, god knows our kids in GC have been through enough the past few years and I would love to have a good coach and some stability in the program.
