Suprised at how many Ohio teams are from Southern Ohio. (Cincy area).

Is what they are saying is, that the best Ohio has to offer is right here in the Cincinnati area?:jump:

I don't get Middletown and Lakota West?????:confused::confused::confused:

They only listed the games played in Cincy. I believe there will be a slate of games played at Canton, which will feature some of the other non-Cincy Ohio powers.

Your right, I forgot about that. :thumb:

Why are the KY teams not in it this year?

How did we do, as a state, last year?

We won at the Herbie:thumb:

We? As in Highlands?

Don't do that to me. :madman:

Anybody else?

This is surprising. I know Herbie wantas to make this a national event, but Ky usually has a team in. Highlands, St. X or Trinity (amongst many good teams) couldn't get a bid?

One of the sites I work for is interviewing a guy that helps organize the event today. I'll see what he has to say...

Highlands, actually, was the 1st KY team in the Herbstreit Classic, as part of the US contingent; Trotwood-Madison being from Ohio.

Only Ky team to play in the Herbie. So "WE" are 1-0.:D

Exactly, the Herbie is Ohio vs. the USA.

If I remember right Highlands was a back up plan after the Herbie couldn't get the team they wanted to play TM.

Off the top of my head I believe the TM game was the most entertaining game of the year for the Birds.

Louisville X is playing in it in '09, I think vs. Highlands or Elder.

Doubt if it's Highlands
