UK Walk-on Dusty Mills kicked off team

Featured Replies

Fair enough....but my point is unless you are with the team on a daily basis how do you know it was a stupid move?

Cussing out and degrading one of your players isn't stupid?

On a message board, sure it is... :p

Then I'll rephrase and state it's not a legitimate excuse.........

I'm in here defending my coach over a minor incident that will be soon forgotten against individuals who tried to spin the Sampson fiasco toward UK and its fans. It's a joke.

Sampson is going to get his soon enough. I'm sure you'll enjoy when he does.

"Your" coach flew in to what seems like a fit of rage after getting SMOKED on national TV. He sacrificed a walk on in front of everyone and not behind closed doors. Message sent? We'll see...

You brought Sampson into it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was speaking of what I read in other threads.

I no longer have an alcoholic prone to fits of rage walking my favorite teams sideline. Enjoy...

How can cheating be compared with cutting a kid?

So people can get on a coach for cheating, but nothing can be said about a coach cussing out a kid? Is that what you're saying?

Until BCG comes out and says that what Mills' stated happened is false, I will go with what I know...

Is it better for BG to be quiet to the press or to tell them a bunch of nonsense just because they want something to report.

A decent bounce back thus far from the blowout loss. I will take a little bit of pleasure in seeing Sampson getting tossed but simply because he is a cheater. After that it is a sad situation for the innocent involved. One of the most unfair things in sports is what happens to the kids for what their coach did.

We have no proof whether this did or did not happen?

In this particular case, speaking to the media would be the best option. JMO.

You supported him, we'll support ours. :bunny:

As a UK fan, I can understand your familiarity with the situation...

Cheating is against rules. Is there a rule against cussing at a kid and cutting him? I don't think it was a smart way for BCG to handle it, but I also think that comparing it to someone who committed 5 MAJOR NCAA violations is absurd.
